Op het moment zijn onze algemene voorwaarden alleen in het Engels beschikbaar.

Buying or using Ideal-module.com products or services implies that the user/customer has both read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Ideal-module.com reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Purchasing an extension

Purchasing a plug-in or service will buy you full access to the plug-in's latest version and updates and premium support for 6 months. By purchasing a plug-in, you agree that:

• There is no warranty or in any other way any form of liability on the side of Ideal-module.com.
• Ideal-module.com reserves the right to offer discounts or permanent price changes at any moment, without prior notice.

Six months after the purchase of a plug-in, you can still use the plug-in forever. You can keep installing the latest version that you have downloaded from or website, on the licensed domain. But you will no longer be able to get updates or premium support.

Although the number of downloads are not limited, a plug-in purchase eg. the account that purchased the plug-in, cannot be shared. Sharing or other methods which allow for multiple, simultaneous downloads (and thereby affect the performance of this web site) are strictly forbidden and may result in termination of the support and updates that came with your purchase.

Software license

Ideal-module.com plug-ins are licensed under the terms of our Closed Source Commercial License. Please contact us if you have questons about this license.

Support

Customers that purchased a plug-in or service, can request individual premium support from Ideal-module.com (via our ticket system) for a period of six months after the purchase (or any alternative period offered with an service), for the purchased plug-in or service. Six months after the purchase of the plug-in or service, the right to request premium support expires. Users that download and use our free plug-ins ,are not entitled to any support by Ideal-module.com and can request support on our Community Forums .

Ideal-module.com reserves the right to limit or cancel support in the following situations:

• unreasonable behavior by the client; such as bad language, racism etc
• continued/repeating (server) issues that can not (or should not) be resolved by Ideal-module.com
• the client is not cooperative in providing additional details on the issues raised

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds for our services. Whenever you want a refund for a plug-in you can contact us at support@ideal-module.com providing us with the reason of the refund and the ordernumber. A refund can only take place for licenses that are not yet activated on our licensing server.

Termination

We have the right to terminate your access to any or all of our products and services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms and Conditions. We may also at any time, at our sole discretion, discontinue the products, website or services or any part thereof without prior notice and you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the products, website or services.

Copyright & ownership

The customer may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any Ideal-module.com products, modified or unmodified. All products are and remain the property of Ideal-module.com except where the ownership clearly lies with other parties (such as for third-party libraries). Ideal-module.com respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us about the matter.

Warranty

Ideal-module.com products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall the juridical person of Ideal-module.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use Ideal-module.com products, this also includes the inability to use the products caused by server misconfigurations before or after using the products.

We cannot guarantee that our products or services will function with all 3rd party software. We support the largest browsers: Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3+, Google Chrome 4+, and Safari 3+.

Though we cannot control all the sites or customers that purchase a plug-in we do not support or allow for use of our products or services on adult or gambling sites or sites with illegal content.
