Registration for the Ideal-module subscription implies that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions in their entirety. We reserve the right to change and modify the Terms and Conditions of Ideal-module.nl without notice, and you agree by continuing to use the site to be bound by any such modification.

2. Delivery

After we have succesfully received your payment, your Ideal-module.nl subscription information will be emailed to the email address provided within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us through the website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, Ideal-module.nl members will have instant access to all Ideal-module.nl modules and components.

3. Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our modules and components to fit your needs. You may not redistribute our moduls and components in any way. You must not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the template xml and/or php files.

4. Limited Usage of Products

Your Ideal-module.nl subscription grants you the right to download any available modules or componenst for the length of your subscription. Standard modules or components do not expire even after your subscription expires, however your access to the download area will be restricted upon the expiration of your subscription. Your subscription must be renewed if you wish to have continued access the downloads area.

5. Unauthorized Use

You may not place any of our modules or components, modified or unmodified, on a removable storage medium, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without our prior written consent. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your subscription at Ideal-module.nl to anyone else without our prior written consent. Each product may be used only on one domain.

6. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Ideal-module.nl be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

7. Updates

All products are always designed for the latest version of Joomla, but we can give no guarantee the modules and components will run with future versions of this CMS. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions.

8. Warranty and Support

Ideal-module.nl does not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions, components, mambots, modules or other products. Browser compatibility should be tested against demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the modules and components as we can not guarantee Ideal-module.nl products will work with all browser combinations. Ideal-module.nl does not commit to monitor the forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions
