The difference with our normal support
Our Support Package includes:
- Answer to your support questions within 24 hours!
- Your support questions come with a higher priority then normal support questions and are answered before them on our Support Forum, Ticket system and by e-mail.
- When you can't resolve the problem yourself, someone from our development team will look at the problem personally
